Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join either of our two prestigious medical centres in London Ontario. The ideal candidate will work with other Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to provide primary care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, using the Accuro EMR. This position makes a meaningful impact on the community.
Duties:
- Conduct examinations of patients to diagnose and treat various illnesses and injuries
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Provide preventive care services, including screenings, immunizations, and health education
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Skills:
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings
- Knowledge of Primary Care practices
- Empathetic and Friendly personality
- Strong skills in medication administration
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records
- Ability to work in a team setting
