Fee-for-Service; Relocation assistance $9,000 - $15,000 (with eligible receipts); incentives subject to change

Fee-for-Service; RCME incentives (eligible: $600 up to 2 years, $3,600 during years 3–4, $6,600 after 4 years) plus Doctors of BC CME funds; rural incentives subject to change.
