URGENT
Downtown Brantford Clinic Requires a Locum Physician for an upcoming Maternity Leave.
A large, well supported clinic located in the heart of down town Brantford requires a full-time physician to cover an unexpected retirement.
- FHO Model
- Currently 5 physicians and 2 NPs to support
- Approximately 10 000 patients shared among the 5 physicians and NPs
- RNs are responsible for referrals and results triage
- Includes a Pain Clinic, Diabetes Clinic, Mental Health Supports
- Addiction Clinic is across the street
- Clinic Manager over sees operations with Physician Leads
- Team Based Model: roster is shared and physicians cover off for each other. All share inbox responsibilities and after-hours requirements.
