Great learning opportunity with friendly lead physician and staff !

Busy family practice in downtown Toronto. Located within a medical building that has full xray, pharmacy, and lab services. Many supportive specialists and allied health located within the building.

Mostly Portuguese (and some Spanish) speaking patients. Portuguese proficiency is not essential. Support staff all speak Portuguese and Spanish and will assist with translation if needed.

Patient population is wonderful, friendly, and very easy to work with with a wide array of interesting medical issues.

Office provides exceptional staff and support. Fully electronic records keeping (Oscar - training available, if required). Triaging by trained clinical assistant. Newly renovated and modern office. Lead physician is keen to teach and support the locum physician in any way possible (including diagnosis, management, billing, operations, etc).

Coverage is required Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 830 am - 4pm. And, at least 2-3 Saturday mornings per month (8am- ~1pm).

There is ample CME opportunities available throughout the year

Payment is per diem + fee for service split. Compensation is very competitive.
