We are a group of 5 family physicians, part of a larger FHO group of 45 physicians, at Gates of Maple Family Practice near Bathurst and Major MacKenzie. We are currently looking for a family physician to take over the practice of a leaving physician.

This position is available starting May 1 2026 (flexible, potential to be earlier) and for a patient size of approximately 1300.

Located in a lovely neighbourhood with a diverse patient population; there is still high demand for family physicians
Minimal after-hours/weekend commitment — approximately 2 shifts every 3 months
Cost-sharing agreement (to be discussed)
EMR: Telus PS Suite with integrated Ocean for secure messaging; supports remote access
5 physician workstations and 8 spacious exam rooms
Flexible scheduling (to be coordinated with other physicians)
