Three Permanent West GTA FHO Positions Available:

 

We are a collegial team of six family physicians that recently moved to a newly built clinic at 2800 Skymark Ave., Unit 14 (near Eglinton Ave. and Hwy 427). This much larger clinic space will allow us to expand to eight physicians in total. We are now looking for two like-minded family physicians to join our team. Key points about the practice include:

  • Wonderful team with shared values of prioritizing high quality patient care 
  • Motivated group with plans for ongoing clinic enhancements and quality improvement.
  • Excellent community rapport with an appreciative and respectful patient population - we had rapid patient enrollment through positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Very high-needs area with an active waitlist of patients.
  • FHO position with blended capitation model.
  • Most physicians joining the FHO are eligible for income stabilization during their first year while building their roster (roughly $200,000 for the year).
  • Physician-run office 
  • Start dates are flexible -  new physicians can start anytime.
