Moose Jaw, Lloydminster, North Battleford, Prince Albert, Regina, Swift Current: In‑province locums $3,000/day guarantee via Fee‑For‑Service; Out‑of‑province locums $4,000/day flat. Saskatoon (Jan 1–Mar 31, 2026): In‑province $3,000/day via FFS; Out‑of‑province $4,000/day flat. Saskatoon (from Apr 1, 2026): In‑province = Fee‑For‑Service (no guarantee); Out‑of‑province $2,500/day flat. Weyburn and Estevan: $2,165.48 per 24‑hour day (in‑ and out‑of‑province). Travel: flights/basic fares or mileage reimbursed; travel time $20/hour; accommodation up to $200/night. On‑call: eligible for Specialist On‑Call Remuneration (SECP).

Fee-for-Service (FFS) clinic practice; Recruitment & Relocation incentive of $15,000 (3-year return-of-service); Eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program (up to $200,000 over 5 years); Family Medicine Resident Bursary (up to $75,000 over 3 years); SMA Retention Fund ($7,000–$14,000/year).

Fee-for-service through the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia (MSP)

Fee-for-Service; Fee premium 12.32%; Annual retention fee $14,182.08; CME funding up to $6,600 after 4 years; Rural incentives (subject to change); Eligibility for BC/Canada student loan forgiveness programs.

Fee-for-Service; locum reimbursement through the Rural Specialist Locum Program (travel and accommodation reimbursed, up to $1,560 travel time; reasonable transportation and lodging expenses covered)
