Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) invites applications for a full-time Otolaryngologist - Head & Neck Surgeon to join our dynamic and collaborative team of 4 full-time ENTs. Opportunity Snapshot

·        Position: ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngologist - Head & Neck); Otology subspecialty welcome but not essential; Certification in Otolaryngology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada

 ·        Start date: the available start date for this position is January 2026 but flexible

 ·        Benefits: relocation incentive, wellness programs, and highly competitive compensation

 ·        Return of Service Incentive: a substantial incentive of $40,000 is available for the successful candidate, contingent upon a minimum commitment period (Return of Service Agreement).

 ·        Balanced clinical life: outpatient clinic availability, regular OR access, 1-in-5 shared call rotation

 ·        Established and collaborative ENT team, with opportunity to join existing turnkey practice
