Opportunities for family physicians to take over established family practices in the growing community of Brantford & Brant County. Located in the picturesque Grand River Valley, 20 minutes west of Hamilton, the community offers outstanding recreational opportunities including endless biking and hiking trails in an unmatched natural playground. Brantford was named by Mclean's magazine as the "best city in Canada to buy real estate" in April 2018.
Henry Medical Centre is located in Brantford with clinic amenities including pharmacy, RPN and diabetes education nurse. Physicians are part of the Brantford FHO (27 physicians). This is an established practice group of 3 physicians sharing existing resources with space for more to join. The clinic uses EMR system PS Suite Telus Health.
Currently recruiting for full-time or part time family physicians to join the practice and the FHO.

Wage: Practice is blended capitation model with payment provided via fee-for-service billing to the Ontario health Insurance Plan (OHIP), and payments based on the number of rostered patients with fee-for-service payments for other services.
Benefits package:Physician are eligible to apply for their own personal and professional benefits through the Ontario Medical Association or insurance provider of choice.
