We are part of a well-established FHT in the 1000 Islands (Upper Canada FHT) with an excellent multidisciplinary team including mental health counselling, social work, nurse practitioner, diabetic care and physician group. Life Labs and a physiotherapy clinic are on site. Join our team in a lovely clinic space in a beautiful historic stone building.

Teaching opportunities are available but not required. This opportunity would be ideal for a new grad or an experienced physician.
