Provis‑Rudd Clinic is a well‑established, high‑volume outpatient endoscopy centre located in downtown Toronto. Our clinic is equipped with modern endoscopy suites, advanced diagnostic technology, and a highly experienced team of nurses and support staff. We maintain strong referral networks and operate with streamlined workflows designed to support safe, efficient, and patient‑centred care. Position
We are seeking qualified Gastroenterologists to join our outpatient endoscopy team. The ideal candidate brings strong procedural skills, a commitment to high‑quality patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment. This role is well‑suited to physicians who prefer a procedural‑focused practice with minimal administrative burden.
Job Duties
- Perform endoscopic procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines and clinic protocols
- Conduct pre‑procedure assessments and provide post‑procedure care and instructions
- Interpret findings and complete accurate, timely procedure reports
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow
- Maintain high standards of infection control, safety, and quality assurance
- Communicate effectively with referring physicians to support continuity of care
- Participate in clinic‑wide quality initiatives and ongoing professional development
- Support a respectful, patient‑centred environment aligned with clinic policies
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of 3 to 4 years of specialty residency training in gastroenterology
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification (or eligibility)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
· Proven experience in performing endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and related interventions
· Demonstrated expertise in patient evaluation, procedural planning, and post‑procedure management
· Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal disorders, clinical guidelines, and evidence‑based endoscopic techniques
- Strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional ethics
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$300,000 – $500,000 CAD per year
