Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist / OB-GYN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of services, including preventive care, diagnosis and management of gynaecological conditions, and (if applicable) obstetrical care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive gynaecological care, including routine exams, Pap smears, contraceptive counselling, and menopause management
• Diagnose and manage common and complex gynaecological conditions
• Perform office-based procedures (e.g. IUD insertion, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy)
• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Maintain clear and accurate medical records according to regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing professional development
Qualifications:
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Full or provisional license to practice in Ontario
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to providing patient-centred and culturally sensitive care
