Lilium Medical Clinic is seeking 1 family physician to provide longitudinal patient care or an in-house locum.

Lilium Medical Clinic is a physician-owned clinic that opened in November 2024. The clinic is located in the highly sought-after Lower Mission community, in a newly renovated, bright, and spacious space. The building is a hub for other healthcare providers, including ENT surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, paediatricians, physiotherapists, optometrists, and dentists. Lilium has an excellent group of experienced support staff and physicians. Our team is hard-working, family-oriented, and community-focused. Balance is important to us; we focus on providing quality care for our patients while also enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle.

Our clinic uses the Telus Collaborative Health Record (CHR) as our Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Patients can book online via our website. Most physicians use AI-assisted documentation (e.g., Heidi, Tali).

Lilium has eight fully equipped examination rooms available for patient care.

Physicians typically balance their schedule with 3–4 days in clinic and approximately 1 day working from home, supporting both in-person and virtual care. For a new physician, we are currently able to offer up to 3 days in clinic and as many virtual days as desired.

Through the Primary Care Network (PCN), we have a full-time RN to support physicians.

We foster a collegial, team-based environment, with physicians providing cross-coverage for one another during absences.

Two dedicated minor procedure rooms are available, equipped with a procedure bed, and minor procedures are routinely performed in-clinic using disposable instruments.

As a physician-owned clinic, we have experience supporting the onboarding of physicians relocating from out of province and are committed to a smooth transition into practice.

Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
