WOODBRIDGE MEIDCAL CENTRE FAMILY HEALTH TEAM
Location: Woodbridge/ Vaughan
Locum: FHO/FHT
We are a single site FHT with 12 physicians in our Family Health Organization.
Practice Size: 1100 patients
Start date: April - June - Flexible dates
- Free parking
- Very supportive, collaborative practice of 12 physicians
- Fully Staffed: Medical Reception, Nursing, Clinical Aids, Administrative Services Manager, Clinical Manager, Executive Director & Operations Manager and Billing Agent
- Full access to mental health and counseling services, social work, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, diabetes education program, dietician, pharmacist etc.
- PSSuite EMR
- Well managed practice.
Schedule:
- Tuesday 9 am - 4pm
- Thursday 9 am - 4pm
- Friday 9- 5pm
Compensation:
- $1200 per diem + 100% third party billing
Candidate must be in good standing with CPSO, CMPA and CFPC.
There is an opportunity to join our FHO after the Locum period.
