Our structured workflows and administrative support are designed so that when your shift ends, your workday ends — not two hours of charting afterwards.

Due to expanding contracts and sustained program growth, we are growing our Internal Medicine team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking female Internal Medicine physicians with an interest in women’s health and medical weight management to join our established, longitudinal care program. This is a fully remote role with guaranteed patient demand, including a minimum of 20 patients scheduled per shift, strong multidisciplinary support, and the ability to practice high-quality medicine from home.

What You’ll Do

• Provide live, synchronous virtual Internal Medicine visits (no async or algorithm-based care)
• Deliver longitudinal care for women across metabolic and hormonal life stages
• Provide evidence-based medical weight management, including workups, lab review, prescribing, and follow-up
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including registered dietitians and licensed counsellors
• Maintain full clinical autonomy within a physician-led model

Compensation

• $2,500–$3,500 per day, depending on availability and schedule
• Guaranteed volume with a minimum of 20 scheduled patients per shift
• Fully remote — work from home
• No overhead or patient acquisition responsibilities

What You Need

• CPSO license in good standing (Internal Medicine)
• Interest or experience in women’s health, lifestyle medicine, or obesity care
• Comfort delivering virtual care and using digital EMRs
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and patient-centred communication
• Commitment to ethical, longitudinal care
