Belleville General Hospital (Department of Family Medicine) – Multiple Weeks

Join our collegial and supportive team at Belleville General Hospital, located in Bay of Quinte, minutes from Prince Edward County! Approximately 2.5 hour drive from Toronto

We are recruiting hospitalists for the following weeks:

Feb 2 – 8

Feb 9 – 15

Feb 16 – 22 (*2 hospitalists required)

Feb 23 - Mar 1

Mar 2 – 8

Mar 9 – 15 (*2 hospitalists required)

Mar 16 – 22

Mar 23 - 29

Call:

1 – 2 days of call are required for some weeks. Please ask for details

Responsibilities include:

Inpatient care on our medicine, rehab, integrated stroke, and ALC units, and call. Experience caring for acute inpatients is an asset.

Physicians benefit from 24-hour support from internal medicine, intensive care, general surgery, orthopaedics, urology, paediatrics, anesthesia, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry, otolaryngology, and radiology. Diagnostic imaging on site includes Ultrasound, CT and MRI.

Remuneration (approx.) $10,000-15,000/week (daily stipend and FFS billings.)

Hospital EMR is Cerner.
