Given the populated area, each physician can expect to see 40-50 pts per day including both in person and virtual.

A fully renovated and operational clinic in downtown Vancouver and is currently looking to grow its team. The clinic is a high-volume, very busy hybrid walk-in and family practice and also provides vaccinations.

The clinic features 10 fully equipped exam rooms, supporting at least 5 physicians working out of the space. Each exam room includes a computer, cabinets, sink, and a locker, and functions as a private office for clinical and administrative work (including paperwork, patient calls via wall-mounted phone, and other tasks). Each physician or nurse practitioner will have access to two exam rooms.

There is a dedicated staff break room, separate staff washroom, and a staff shower room available. The patient population is full-spectrum, with a strong demand for walk-in and longitudinal care. Patients can book both in-person and virtual appointments through the website, and the clinic also accepts walk-in visits.

Languages: Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin is considered an asset.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory)
