Job Description

The clinic is located in Shelburne, ON. About 40min North of Brampton. We are a FHO in a FHT. We have a total of 7 family physicians at our clinic as well as allied health on site (RN, NP, SW, diabetes team, mental health team, chiropody, resp therapist, OT, clinical pharmacist, wound care nurse, etc).

The locum would consist of outpatient family medicine only. Roster size 700. We work on PS Suite, with off site access and mobile app access available. We have off site e-faxing so prescription requests can be dealt with from home. 


Very flexible in terms of hours and days. Can accommodate 2 days in clinic all the way up to 5 days a week. Very flexible in terms of start date and duration of locum. We are eligible for RFMLP funding. 


Great support from physician colleagues in clinic
