Long-Term Locum Opportunity in a FHO/FHT Group Practice

A physician who is part of a 2-member group practice is seeking a long-term locum to support the practice 2 ½ days per week starting in Fall 2025 (flexible start date).

The practice has a diverse roster with patients of all ages and backgrounds and receives administrative support from 5 clerical staff including 2 receptionists (shared between the group), book-keeping/billing staff, and support staff for booking appointments/tests.

As part of the Hamilton Family Health Team, the practice also receives extensive support from allied health professionals including significant nursing support provided by 3 Registered Nurses and 1 full-time Nurse Practitioner. Additional allied health support is provided by a clinical pharmacist, a registered dietitian, a psychiatrist, and a mental health counsellor.

On-site facilities include 4 exam rooms, a private office/charting area, and a reception area/waiting room. The location also hosts a pharmacy, x-ray/ultrasound clinic, physiotherapy clinic, and dental office, and parking is free for both staff and patients.

Conveniently located on the fast-growing Southwest Hamilton Mountain and just minutes away from the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, this well-equipped practice is easily accessible.
