**Walk-in: Comprehensive primary care by appointment visits, minimum 6 month commitment. Most of our walk in patients are repeat patients or rostered patients to our FHG. Follow them for the duration you’re here without the commitment to roster!

**Fho+: we are looking to add 1-2 physicians to our amazing team both full and part time. Rostering sizes are flexible and our clinic provides ample support to help you grow organically! We have a waitlist in the thousands and most already see our allied side and have seen our walk in or may have been rostered to a past doctor before and are just looking for someone to attach themselves to.

**Practice share - we have a unique opportunity for 1 physician to co-manage a physicians roster as she needs to downsize. She’s been practicing for nearly 18+ years and has a very lovely practice. It can lead to an opportunity to roster yourself either in the FHG or fho. This opportunity is FFS and we are looking for minimum 6 months with preference for longer.

Renumeration: Fee for service % (competitive)
