Private on-call rooms—including a bed, desk, TV, bathroom, fridge, microwave and lockers—are available for physicians who choose to stay overnight at the hospital.

Currently providing high-quality patient care in the field of General Neurology within the community and hospital. We are considered part of Internal Medicine with in-patient and outpatient capacity. We collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that strives for optimal patient outcomes. Position Summary:

Guelph General Hospital (GGH) is seeking a Neurologist licensed with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada to provide inpatient Neurology consultations. This will include supporting our ICU and working alongside our outpatient neurologists in the community. Please note that this position requires the availability to support both inpatient and out-patient consults.

The successful candidates must be licensed to practice in Ontario and be in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. They must display competence in both inpatient and outpatient neurology. Interest in stroke, EEGs, MS/movement disorders, and headaches would be considered an asset.
