iCare Medical Clinic is seeking apPhysician to join our growing clinic in East London. This is a flexible opportunity for a physician interested in walk-in practice, family practice, or a combination of both.

We currently have one full-time physician providing both walk-in and family medicine services, and the practice is growing quickly. With increasing patient demand, we are now looking for a second physician to help support walk-in coverage and/or build a family practice roster.

This opportunity may be suitable for a physician who already has an existing roster and is looking to relocate, or for a physician who would like to build a new roster, or a physician that wants to provide purely walk-in services.

Clinic Overview

iCare Medical Clinic is located at 155 Clarke Rd in a busy plaza in East London. The clinic is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with multiple exam rooms, experienced staff, and strong operational support.

We currently have approximately 1,200 patients on a waitlist looking for a family doctor, along with consistent walk-in demand. The clinic currently sees 50+ walk-in patients per week, with room to grow.

The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are open to extending hours to 7:00 PM and adding Saturday coverage depending on physician interest and patient demand.

Role Flexibility

The physician may choose to:

• Provide walk-in care only;
• Build a family practice roster;
• Transfer an existing roster to the clinic;

We are flexible and open to structuring the opportunity around the physician’s goals, availability, and preferred practice model.

Overhead / Financial Terms

The overhead is 22% all-inclusive (no HST).

This includes administrative, clinical, operational, and billing support, with no separate charge for standard clinic support services.

Physician Support Provided

The physician will receive strong day-to-day support from an experienced MOA / clinical assistant, including:

• Patient triage, rooming, and flow support;
• Vitals and clinical preparation;
• Assistance with injections, forms, requisitions, and general clinical workflow.

The physician will also be supported by an on-site clinic manager, including:

• Daily operational and workflow management;
• Physician support with scheduling, patient access, and clinic coordination;
• Oversight of administrative processes, billing submissions, RA review, rejections, and stale-dated claim prevention.

Our goal is to allow physicians to focus on patient care while the clinic team supports the administrative, operational, and billing aspects of the practice.
