Quinte Health is currently recruiting FRCPC paediatricians for full-time or part-time roles at Belleville General Hospital, part of a four-site hospital organization serving over 160,000 residents in Southeastern Ontario.

About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic team of 10 supportive paediatricians practicing in a hospitalist model as well as outpatient clinic.

Quinte Health Department of pediatrics serves:

• 6–8 bed Paediatric Unit
• Level 2A NICU and soon to be transitioned to Level 2B
• ~1,500 deliveries per year

This versatile role includes inpatient care, clinic work, and opportunities to participate in multi-disciplinary programs.

Practice Model & Perks

• Regional Consulting Paediatric APP Model
• (Base stipend + % of billings)
• Opportunity to join outpatient consult clinic across from the hospital, fully managed by the group
• Urgent consult clinic and general paediatric care
• Possibility to in multi-disciplinary clinics (e.g., Paediatric Diabetes, Quinte CTC)

Qualifications

·       FRCPC, ABMS

·       Current NRP and PALS certification

·       Eligible for CPSO licensure in Ontario
