Job Description
Key information on opportunity:

- Schedule is flexible (your choice)
- Approximately 15 to 20 hours/week
- No admin work, you just have to document your consultations in Accuro EMR
- Billings: Estimated billings >$200/hour net to you (OHIP, no HST charged)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a GP with excellent people skills to do intake neurological exams (in-person) and virtual follow-up for these patients to ensure they are following the recommendations made by the specialists on our multidisciplinary team. These are highly motivated patients who are engaging in behavioural and lifestyle interventions to prepare for a return-to-work and other activities they have had to give up because of their injury.
Time commitment: 15-20 hours/week.
Income:
- Estimated billings >$200/hour net to you (OHIP, no HST charged)
Location: In-person appointments done at 3410 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 208, Scarborough, ON, M1T 3K4. Virtual appointments are held over OTN.
Hours: flexible
Admin: Complete Admin support. No admin work - you just have to complete your notes (Accuro EMR) - several templates to choose from and can help you create your own. Extensive questionnaires are already completed prior to appointments to cut down on charting and we can help you create the ones you would like.
Requirements: licenced to practice medicine in Ontario
About the clinic:
The Toronto Concussion Clinic offers a multi-disciplinary, consultation-based service for post-concussion patients. This is a fascinating field that deals with psychoeducation, functional performance, sensory integration and holistic care. Areas assessed/rehabilitated include: headaches, sleep, energy management, neuromuscular inefficiencies, psychology, cognition, autonomic dysfunction and exercise management, vestibular and binocular vision consequences.
