Daily rates and FFS: Mon–Fri daytime (7.5 hr) $2,100/day; Pediatrics on-call (24 hr) $3,350 (inclusive of retainer); Neonatology on-call (24 hr) $3,350; Pediatrics+Neonatology on-call (24 hr) $3,950; Neonatology backup: $2,100 day + $200 backup retainer + FFS for after-hours work. Fee-for-service applicable. Locum supports/reimbursements: reimbursement of MCC‑AMR and PEI application fees, cost of PEI locum license, and Medical Society registration fees. For out-of-province short-term locums: accommodations up to $300/night with receipt or $200/night without; $100/day stipend for days worked; paid actual travel time $50/hour; one return economy airfare up to $2,000 (or mileage up to equivalent); car rental coverage up to $1,400/week. For long-term locums (≥10 days/month for ≥6 months): accommodations up to $5,000/month with receipts or $3,000/month without; $50/day stipend; paid travel time $50/hour; airfare up to $2,000 with receipts; car rental up to $1,400/week.
