Rainbow Valley Community Health Centre (RVCHC) located only 45 minutes from the East Gate of Algonquin Provincial Park in Killaloe, is offering a physician a unique part-time opportunity for those interested in making a difference in primary care delivery within a rural setting.  We are a vibrant, dedicated small team of health professionals (NP, RN, SW and clerical support) providing primary care to approximately 1200 patients in an area known for its quirky art community, abundant lakes, rivers and hiking opportunities, friendly neighbors and pristine nature right out your front door.  

The CHC model allows a physician to do what they like best, having the time to get to know their patients and make a difference in their care journey, without all the hassle of billings, overhead, staffing and paperwork.

RVCHC Physicians are contract and compensated at $191.72 per hour.  

If you are looking for more than part time, there are additional opportunities in the area for Emergency work at our partner St. Francis Memorial Hospital or through the Madawaska Valley Family Health Team.  Through a unique and forward thinking integration model with our partners, we should be able to customize a fit that works for you.
