Position Description:
The Department of Pediatrics (DoP), invite applicants to apply to this 0.10 FTE, Fee for Service position at the Alberta Children’s Hospital, within Alberta Health Services, Calgary Corridor, Section of Pediatric Endocrinology.
This position is 100% Clinical, supporting the Metta Clinic. The role is to provide endocrine care in collaboration with the other endocrine specialists and the mental health team within the Metta Clinic structure. It consists of outpatient care only, at 2 half days per month. There is no call associated with this role.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Pediatrics specialty certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Preference will be given to those who also have a subspecialty certification in Pediatric Endocrinology or Adolescent Medicine.
The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
Applicants who do not currently hold an independent license to practice in Alberta will need to submit a letter of eligibility from the CPSA along with the rest of their application.
