We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Primary Care Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic. This is a part-time, in-person position, requiring 1–2 daytime shifts per week. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with opportunities to build a longitudinal patient panel while working in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive health assessments, routine screenings, and health promotion.
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Perform minor office procedures and general dermatologic assessments, as appropriate

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD or equivalent).
• Eligible for or holding independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent medical documentation and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to providing patient-centred, evidence-based care.
