Canadian Physician Opportunities

Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. Interested applicants should apply with a letter of interest, curriculum vitae and the names and contact information of three references.

Fee-for-Service; administrative duties funded by a sessional payment plan; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives — Recruitment Incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated), Relocation up to $15,000, Flat fee $7,159.68, Fee Premium 4.62%, CME $3,000/year (yrs 3–4) and $6,000/year (after 4 years).

Options: Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) panel payments, Fee-for-Service (FFS), or new-to-practice contract. Overhead typically 75/25; for Family Physicians 100% of LFP panel payment goes directly to physician (no overhead). Option for reduced overhead in first 3 months while building panel.

Signing bonus $25,000; Option for LFP, FFS, or NTP contract; 100% of the LFP panel payment goes directly to the physician.

Fee-for-Service; Rural CME: max of $6,600/year after 4 years in practice (may be prorated for part-time); rural incentives (subject to change) and potential eligibility for student loan forgiveness programs.
