Please note that the Ministry of Community Safety (CS) is recommending that Proponents show up at each location 15 minutes prior to start time to ensure they have registered and/or completed a safety briefing; Proponents are advised to leave communication devices or cameras secured in their vehicles or in a secure locker which may be provided on site; Proponents are not permitted to take pictures of the correctional centers; The start and end times* are tentative and may be changed without notice by GOS at any time; The tour will be conducted by GOS and is limited to Psychiatry service areas; A site visit will be cancelled if there are no Proponents pre-register; Proponents will not be able to take pictures of the correctional Centers; Proponents are not permitted to talk to Offenders or CS employees; Please note, the site visit is not the time to present solutions, do any sales demonstration, or provide product information. The purpose of this site visit is to show Proponents the facility so you can have a better understanding of our client’s business needs and the environment; and Proponents are advised to direct any and all questions using the GEM messaging feature.
