A member of a 2-physician group (FHO) practice in the village of Lynden (located in Flamborough just west of Hamilton) is seeking a successor to take over the care for her patients at some point in 2024/25. The successful candidate will take over a friendly and well-managed roster of approximately 900 patients (with the opportunity to grow the practice if desired),and will practice alongside a FHO colleague in the beautiful village of Lynden, Ontario which is located approximately 20 minutes from Dundas, Ancaster, and Brantford.

Current practice hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm with half-days on Wednesdays. As part of a large 24 member FHO the practice provides on-call coverage for the FHO approximately 1 weeknight evening per month and two weekends a year which involves 3 clinics (Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm). The FHO has a well-staffed after-hours clinic across from Brantford General Hospital which take patients mostly by appointment with excellent triage.

Working alongside a FHO colleague, the successful candidate can expect to see approximately 15-20 patients per day. The practice is supported by a nurse, an office manager (who handles billings) and a receptionist. Patient records are managed through Telus Practice Solutions EMR.
