We are looking for a family physician to join our practice of and assume a well-tended FHO roster of 775 patients at Bathurst and College, steps from Bathurst subway. Office is shared with two other extremely collegial physicians, a physician associate (IMG), and part of a larger network of 24 family doctors. Lab in house, EMR OSCAR, pharmacy in building. Well established local specialist and imaging referral base.

Practice is made up of a diverse group of patients, mostly chronic medical issues. Routine screenings are up to date and patients have prompt access to care. FHO patients with excellent access to a variety of programs and allied health: diabetes education, pharmacy consultations, nursing support, administrative support.

Two lunch and learns weekly and optional evening journal clubs once a week at local restaurants to maintain CCFP CME.

Open to locuming on a regular basis to ensure a smooth transition to practice but ultimate goal would be to integrate permanent physician into well-established 49 year old community practice. For further info please contact ranibeharry@yahoocom.
