Options: LFP, Fee-for-Service (FFS), or New-to-practice contract (upon Island Health approval). May be eligible for Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) remuneration: $10,000 recruitment incentive (for full-time), 4.62% fee premium, annual flat fee $7,159.68, and rural CME funding starting at $2,200/year in years 3–4 (increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years).

70/30 split (FFS, LFP, or PCN); typical earnings $350K–$500K+ depending on scope and volume; relocation assistance; immigration and CPSBC licensing support; supervision available for provisional candidates.
