Clinical Service Contract (Clinical Service Contract specified)

Fee-for-Service; Specialist Recruitment Incentive: $30,000 for eligible specialists who establish practice for a minimum of 36 months; SMA Retention Fund: $7,000–$14,000 per year for full-time work

Alternative Payment Arrangement

Compensation for Internal Medicine physicians will be provided on a Fee for Service (FFS) basis. Family Medicine physicians will be remunerated either through FFS or through participation in a clinical Alternative Relationship Plan (cARP) for eligible services. Additional details regarding the structure and scope of the Family Medicine cARP will be communicated as they become available

Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. Remuneration can range between $300,000 to $800,000 per year depending on the number of shifts, patients seen, education & experiences. Total compensation for fee-for-service billings varies by individual practitioner, and the compensation shown reflects the average amounts for this specialty as reported by Alberta Health.

COMPETITE FEE FOR SERVICE FEES

Compensation: The salary range is based on the Fee-For-Service (FFS) earnings, as per the Schedule of Medical Benefits (SOMB) information published by Alberta Health Salary range of $250,000-$400,000 per annum depending on the service volume and patient load. Note: The overhead structure will be discussed with the candidates who are interviewed.

Remuneration comes from an administrative stipend: $43,125 per annum
