Full Time and Locum Opportunities
Bluewater Health, Sarnia, Ontario
Bluewater Health is seeking an Anaesthesiologist committed to providing high-quality care to the residents of Sarnia–Lambton.
Locum arrangements can be supported to enable interested candidates to assess clinical fit and practice environment at Bluewater Health, exploring both professional practice and community life in Sarnia–Lambton, before transitioning to full-time privileges.
Position Highlights & Compensation
- Full range of anaesthesia services offered
- Eight state-of-the-art Operating Rooms and three Endoscopy Suites
- Diverse case mix across multiple specialties, including paediatric patients
- Reasonable on-call schedule with flexible vacation time
- Attractive relocation and signing incentives
- Remuneration is fee-for-service plus on call stipend
- Eligible for a clinical faculty appointment for Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University
Ideal Qualifications
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent in Anaesthesiology
- Eligible for an independent license with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Canadian citizen or Permanent Residency
- Committed to service excellence, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Interest in training medical students and residents
