The Department of Anesthesia at Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full and part-time Anesthesiologists to join our dynamic and expanding team! This role offers flexibility, work-life balance, and a highly attractive fee-for-service compensation package including a call stipend, relocation funding, and a return of service incentive for full-time equivalents.

You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care across a diverse range of surgical specialties at our two acute care sites. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia assessment, planning, and delivery with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Administer a full range of anesthetic techniques for diverse surgical and obstetrical procedures.
- Participate in a fair and equitable on-call roster.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care in all aspects of your practice.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.

What You Bring to Our Team:
- Certification or eligibility for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
- Current licensure or eligibility for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
           - For US Board Certified Physicians, CPSO pathway licensure is available.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
