Clinical Service Contract: $198.48 per hour base; additional $25 per hour for direct patient care evenings (18:00+) and weekends/holidays; no overhead required.

Combination of Fee-for-Service (MSP billings) and sessional support; position is 0.6 FTE with opportunity to augment up to 1.0 FTE

Alternative Payment Arrangement; compensation equivalent to 1 session per 10-hour weekend shift (pilot, subject to adjustment); training compensated.

Combination payment model; overhead splits 80/20 and 90/10 with seasonal patient panel incentives.
