Part of the Middlesex Hospital Alliance, Four Counties Health Services is located in Newbury, Ontario which is located approximately 45 minutes west of London and 30 minutes east of Chatham. This tight knit farming community may be small but is big at heart in providing pride and support to its community hospital

We are a 12 bed hospital that sees approximately 11, 000 patients in our ED per year and operates 24/7. We also provide support with outpatient lab and diagnostic imaging (XR, US), Indigenous health, Diabetic health, Endoscopy and have a Helipad. Access to advanced imaging (CT, MRI) and specialists are seamlessly provided by our partners at Strathroy Middlesex Hospital Alliance, under the MHA umbrella.

We have availability to add up to three physicians to our team of dedicated and passionate physicians. We welcome all levels of experience and have a robust mentorship program for new graduates. We offer two shifts per day at a competitive rate with second on call stipend. We are flexible and will work with you to create a commitment that works to fulfill a desired work life balance. Retention and recruitment packages are available for full time work.

Requirements:

• Current CPSO licensure and Certificate of Professional Conduct
• Current malpractice insurance
• Fully certified CFPC or FRCPS physician who has completed or will commit to completing ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP
• Vaccinations and TB test
• Minimum of 2 COVID vaccinations
• Policy Record Check
