Job Description

Start date: Last week June, 2026

Duration: 10-12 months (maternity leave coverage, please do reach out if you’re only able to cover part of this e.g. 6months)

Schedule: 2.5-3 days (flexible scheduling, in-person/virtual care to optimise FHO+ billings)

On-call requirements: After hours usually Tuesday or Wednesday once per 4 weeks (flexible scheduling) - 5-7:30pm

Seeking locum to cover my maternity leave. Approx 1000 patient roster. Young-middle age demographic but an established practice. Low narcotic prescribing. Part of a well-run FHO, very collegial group, ample space to see patients. Supported by: receptionists, clinic manager, nurse (who does injections, ear syringing, dressing changes, suture removals, and more). New grads welcome to apply. I am happy to provide some EMR training if required.

EMR: Telus PS Suite with Ocean integration, Set up for AI, Remote access

Compensation: The locum will keep all FHO+ time payments, all shadow billing, all third party billing, and additional top up to ensure daily rate is competitive (based on FHO+ changes).
