Fee-for-Service; eligible for any on-call retainer consistent with the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program.

Physician will work under the fee-for-service model with choice to sign up for PCPCM. Regardless of the compensation model chosen by the physician, physician will pay 25% overhead cost on total gross monthly billings (including but not limited to AHCIP, private, third-party, medavie, etc.) Detailed overhead and legal structure will be discussed with candidates who are interviewed.

Clinical Service Contract; competitive hospitalist compensation. Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) benefits: recruitment incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated), relocation up to $15,000 (amount varies by origin), flat fee $6,508.80, fee premium 4.20%, CME $2,200/yr (years 3–4) and $4,400/yr after 4 years; relocation benefits may be available for part-time and full-time positions.

Administrative contract; Departmental MOCAP contract (on-call)

Alternative Payment Arrangement; CME support: $2,200 (years 3–4) and $4,400 (after 4 years); eligible for Rural Practice Program incentives

BC Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model in clinic; LFP + 20.02% Rural Retention; Emergency on-call APP + 20.02% Rural Retention; possible access to limited travel and accommodation support; may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (Retention Premium 20.02%)
