Position Description:

Primary Care Alberta is seeking an experienced and respected clinical preceptor to join the University of Calgary Cumming School of Medicine and the Sunridge Family Medicine Teaching Centre as a Clinical Educator.

This full-time (1.0 FTE) position is anticipated to begin on January 1, 2027, and includes both clinical and academic responsibilities.

For clinical care, operations, and service delivery, the successful candidate will report to the Medical Director, Academic Teaching Centres, Primary Care Alberta, with accountability through to the Chief Medical Officer, Primary Care Alberta.

For faculty-related responsibilities, including teaching and academic activities, the successful candidate will report to the Department Head, Department of Family Medicine, University of Calgary Cumming School of Medicine.

This dual reporting structure reflects the position's role in both clinical service delivery and medical education.

• CPSA
• CMPA
• CCFP
• Academic Appointment with the University of Calgary's Cumming School of Medicine
