4-step Primary Health Care contract ($391,237–$452,949) plus ERCP and on-call payments and third-party billings; eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program (up to $200,000); recruitment/relocation incentive $15,000 (3-year return-of-service).

Remuneration for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be based on the income scale of the Academic Medicine and Health Services Program (AMHSP).

Clinical Service Contract. Eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) additional remuneration: Recruitment Incentive $10,000; Fee Premium 7.98%; Annual Flat Fee $12,110.22; Rural CME starting at $2,200/year (years 3–4), increasing to a maximum of $4,400/year after 4 years.

Service Contract (MOCAP 3); Administrative Contract. Eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives including Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (full-time), Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000, Fee Premium 4.20%, Annual Flat Fee $6,508.80, Rural CME starting at $3,000/yr (years 3–4) to a higher maximum, plus other retention/flat fee payments as per RSA.

Remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; additional LTCI payments: after-hours care program ($1,000 per weekday shift, $1,400 per weekend shift); sessional payments for mentorship activities, events, and quality improvement projects (LTCI incentive payments).
