The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking a Family Physician to provide primary and long term care services in the Hafford Special Care Centre and Primary Care site located in the Town of Hafford. The scope of practice includes the option of providing 2 - 3 days of regular clinic hours weekly, and provide LTC phone consultations 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be eligible for licensing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).

Additional Information:

Hafford is on Highway 40 in the southwest corner of the North West area of the SHA. It is approximately 145 kilometres from Prince Albert, and 70 kilometres from North Battleford. The Hafford Special Care Centre and Primary Care site include a range of community-based and allied health care services, which includes Home Care, Public Health, Dietician services as well as Therapies. The Primary Care Clinic also employs a Nurse Practitioner who is part of the team.
