Job Description
GreenStreet Medical Center is looking for a family physician with an independent license to practice in Ontario.
Our team is dedicated to providing physicians with efficient support services including electronic medical records. The clinic is designed to maximize the advantages of a professional environment and offers friendly and experienced support personnel. The Physician joining our team will enjoy an immediate substantive income stream, the camaraderie of working within a team environment, and competitive rates. Our EMR system with cloud back-up allows you to see patients in-person or remotely. Pharmacy on-site.
The Physician's duties include collecting medical information from patients or other medical professionals; examining patients’ health condition to identify diseases and injuries; promoting patients' development of healthy habits, break old habits and reshape their approach to wellness, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment; prescribe and administer medications and treatments; perform routine procedures; inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases; co-ordinate or manage primary patient care; provide acute care management; provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
Flexible schedule; long term position. Weekend shifts available.
English essential; French an asset.
