Family Physicians

Generations Medical Centre, located on the Generations Toronto campus, is reimagining primary healthcare through a multi-faceted approach. This approach addresses healthcare, food, social, housing, and income security through coordinated programs and services. Generations Medical Centre is establishing interprofessional team-based primary healthcare, providing integrated urgent care and specialty care across verticals, including hospital and community specialists. Volunteers will be mobilized, and AI and digital tools will be leveraged to amplify patient flow and management. Generations Medical Centre seeks Family Physicians who wish to work full time or part time in this innovative, outcomes focused initiative, in either a FHO or FFS or FHG model. The Family Physician will be supported by experienced staff and physician extenders, and state of the art AI in CDS. Work hours are flexible The start date is March 1 2026, and remuneration is competitive and commensurate with experience. Research and teaching opportunities are available for those who are interested.
