As a Medical Oncologist, you will use your experience and qualifications to provide quality cancer care to our patients. You have obtained or are working towards Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. You must also be eligible for licensing with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of British Columbia and meet the requirements of credentialing by the Professional Advisory Committee of BC Cancer. In addition, you should be eligible for a clinical appointment in the Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. You must be eligible for a valid license to practice medicine in Canada to apply.

BC Cancer is committed to reducing the incidence of cancer, reducing the mortality from cancer, and improving the quality of life of those living with cancer. BC Cancer provides a comprehensive cancer control program for the people of British Columbia in partnership with regional health authorities to deliver a range of cancer services, which include prevention, screening and early detection, diagnosis and treatment, research, education, supportive care, rehabilitation and palliative care. Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory); Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) (Mandatory); Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) (Mandatory)
