FM LOCUM NEEDED AT THFHT – Campbellford clinic: March 2 – 6, 2026 (5 days)

Come locum in the vibrant rural community of Trent Hills. Explore a new area of Ontario and experience the friendly, small town atmosphere.   

THFHT has a great team of 7 family physicians with ample locum and signatory physician opportunity in Campbellford or Warkworth clinics. Practices are well organized, providing friendly, professional and supportive working environment.

All General family medicine clinics with rural population, higher percentage of geriatric patients, no special population.

Strong team support includes RN Program Nurses, RPN Floor Nurses, Medical Office Assistants, Mental Health Dept.

Family Medicine clinic, Responsibilities reflect those of physician you are covering, duty list would be outlined in contract.  

Schedule is generally Mon. - Thurs. 9 am - 4 pm, Fri. 9 - 12, pm admin. 15 - 20 patients seen per day, 20 min. bookings., evening clinic may apply.

User friendly Telus PS Suite EMR system, training and support as required.  

Locum's daily stipend is $1,065/day ($888.95 HFO funded + $176.05THFHO paid) Eligibility for accommodation and travel expenses as per OH HFO RFMLP Claiming Guidelines. 

Qualifications:

·      A valid licence for the independent practise of family medicine in the province of Ontario 

·      An active OHIP billing number

·      To be a member in good standing in the Canadian Medical Protective Association
