Job Description

Thornhill Centre FHO is seeking an associate to join our well-established and collegial practice. We are a group of six family physicians located at Bathurst and Centre Streets, close to Highway 407. Affiliated with Mackenzie Health Hospital, the community offers excellent specialist, paramedical, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory services to support seamless patient care coordination. Our physician-managed FHO+ model ensures clinical autonomy and collaborative decision making.

Physicians who would like to relocate or start rostering patients are welcome. The office has excellent administrative support and an RPN.

Our office uses an EMR:  Telus PS Suite. Training, if needed, is possible to arrange.
