Blended Capitation

Approximately $476,405 per annum (salary); additional after-hours on-call stipend in accordance with the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program. Eligible for SMA Specialist Recruitment Incentive of $30,000; potential Anesthesiology Recruitment and Retention Incentive up to $200,000; SHA relocation incentive of $25,000 (three-year return-of-service required).
