The communities of Ponteix, Mankota, Kincaid, and Gravelbourg together are seeking a 0.5 FTE Family Physician (880 hours a year). The successful candidate will provide primary health care services to the communities on a rotating basis while also providing ER coverage in Gravelbourg.

Qualifications:

This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high-volume environment with a commitment to provision of high-quality patient and family centered care.

The candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Successful applicants will be eligible for a provisional or regular licence to practise in Saskatchewan. Applicants will also hold ACLS certification.

In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
